How the Cost Is Calculated
The instalment plan applies a 1.8x multiplier to the original price. This total is then divided into 6 equal monthly payments. For example: an item priced at $100 becomes $180 total, paid as 6 monthly payments of $30 each.
Who Should Use It
The instalment plan is best for buyers who want a specific high-value item but prefer to spread the cost. It is not designed for small purchases — the markup makes more sense for items above $50.
When Do You Receive the Item?
Once your first payment is confirmed, the seller's notified and you can arrange collection. You do not need to complete all payments before taking the item.
Can You Settle Early?
Yes. Log into your dashboard, find the plan under My Plans and click Settle Balance. This pays off the remaining amount in one payment and closes the plan.
What Happens If You Miss a Payment?
Your plan remains active. There are no penalties for late payments. However, we encourage you to pay on time to maintain a good account standing.
Can Sellers Decline Instalment Payments?
All active listings on IzanDeals are eligible for the instalment plan. Sellers do not need to opt in — it is available on every listing automatically.
