Preparation Methods In the Microwave: Remove octopus from the pack and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes at maximum power. Drain before consuming. To serve chopped, cut before heating. In a Frying Pan: Heat the octopus in a pan with oil for 2 minutes until golden brown. To serve chopped, cut before heating.
