No plates, no forks, no fuss! Heating Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place frozen empanadas on a sheet pan and place it in the oven. Heat from frozen in the oven for 15-20 minutes . We suggest you place them directly into your freezer for storage.
