These Payment Plan Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern purchases made through the payment plan program offered by IzanDeals. By applying for, enrolling in, or purchasing products through a payment plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility
To participate in an IzanDeals payment plan, you must: Provide accurate, complete, and current information. Possess a valid government-issued identification if requested. Maintain a valid debit card, credit card, or other approved payment method. Complete any required verification or authorization procedures. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
IzanDeals reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate participation in any payment plan program at its sole discretion.
2. Payment Plan Agreement
By selecting a payment plan at checkout, you agree to purchase the selected product(s) and repay the total purchase amount according to the installment schedule provided during checkout. The payment plan agreement becomes effective upon approval by IzanDeals and successful completion of all required verification procedures.
3. Initial Payment Requirement
Before any order is processed or shipped: The required initial payment must be successfully processed. All required customer verification procedures must be completed. Any required authorization forms must be completed and approved. The order must pass fraud-prevention and payment validation checks.
Orders that fail to meet these requirements may be delayed, canceled, or denied.
4. Credit Card Authorization
To participate in a payment plan, customers may be required to complete a Credit Card Authorization Form. By completing the authorization form, you authorize IzanDeals and its payment processors to charge your designated payment method, authorize recurring monthly installment payments, certify that you are the authorized cardholder, and agree to maintain a valid payment method throughout the duration of the payment plan.
5. Shipment of Products
Products purchased through a payment plan may be shipped after: The initial payment has been successfully received. Required authorization forms have been completed. Customer verification has been completed. The payment plan has been approved. Fraud-prevention reviews have been completed.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on product availability, carrier delays, and other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Monthly Installment Payments
You agree to: Pay all scheduled installment payments on or before their due dates. Maintain sufficient funds for scheduled charges. Promptly update expired, replaced, or canceled payment methods. Remain responsible for all amounts owed under the payment plan agreement.
7. Failed or Late Payments
If a scheduled payment fails: IzanDeals may attempt to reprocess the payment. Additional fees may be assessed where permitted by law. Future purchases may be restricted. Account privileges may be suspended. Outstanding balances may be referred for collection activities where permitted by law.
8. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide truthful and accurate information, not to engage in fraudulent activity, to promptly notify IzanDeals of any unauthorized transactions, to keep your contact and payment information current, and to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
9. Returns, Refunds, and Payment Plan Purchases
Customers may request cancellation and a refund only if the order has not shipped and a shipping label has not been generated, created, printed, or otherwise prepared for shipment.
Once a shipping label has been generated, the order is considered to be in fulfillment processing and is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund except where required by applicable law. Customers remain responsible for all installment payments associated with the purchase.
10. Fraud Prevention and Verification
To protect customers and prevent fraud, IzanDeals may verify customer identities, request government-issued identification, request proof of address, verify payment method ownership, review transaction history, and delay or cancel suspicious transactions.
11. Ownership and Security Interest
Where permitted by law, IzanDeals may retain a security interest in products purchased through a payment plan until all scheduled payments have been made in full.
12. Account Suspension and Termination
IzanDeals may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, provide false information, engage in fraudulent activity, fail to satisfy payment obligations, or your actions create financial or operational risk. Termination does not eliminate any outstanding financial obligations.
13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact IzanDeals before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Improper chargebacks may result in account suspension, collection efforts, recovery of associated fees, and restriction from future purchases.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IzanDeals shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or delays caused by shipping carriers or third parties. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable order.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as expressly stated, all products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
16. Modifications to Terms
IzanDeals reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to IzanDeals' principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Return Policy, Credit Card Authorization Form, and any additional agreements presented during checkout, constitute the entire agreement between the customer and IzanDeals regarding payment plan purchases.

Customer Acknowledgment
By selecting a payment plan, completing a Credit Card Authorization Form, submitting an order, or making an initial payment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, authorize recurring installment payments, and understand that products are shipped only after required verification and initial payment are completed.
